She subsequently joined Coldwell Banker in 1997 and became a top producing realtor, continuing as the top listing and selling agent in El Escorial since the inception of the project as well as a homeowner and investor in the complex. Prior to moving to Santa Barbara in 1992 she worked for 10 years selling homes in exclusive Southern California beach communities as the sales representative for the builder. Karin is also a member of the Newport Beach Board of Realtors and the California Desert Association of Realtors. She is a recipient of the International Sterling Society Award from Coldwell Banker as one of the top producing agents.
